Here at JJ cleaning services we ensure we have a high standard of security across all our platforms and systems. All previous payments can be viewed on your customer portal located on our website at: www.JJCleaningServices.uk.

Please view the below steps to find your previous payments.

Step 1 - Login to your customer account on our website at: www.JJCleaningServices.uk.

Step 2 - Navigate to login/signup in the top right hand corner of the home page on (Desktops) or the top right hand corner on the page selection page on (Mobile phones).

Step 3 - Click on your name in the top right hand corner of the home page on (Desktops) or the top right hand corner on the page selection page on (Mobile phones) and select subscriptions from the drop down menu.

Step 4 - Press (see more) if you have more than one page of information.

If you can not locate any payment paid to ourselves please create a support ticket at: https://jjcleaningservices.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new and select (Finance/Payment issues) as the problem and someone from our Finance Team will contact you to help resolve your issue
